I am an experienced Virtual Assistant who is not afraid of a challenge. My role is to provide superior administrative support to busy professionals and entrepreneurs. With over a decade of administration experience and a Master's Degree in Administration, I can handle a wide array of projects and challenges. My role as a virtual assistant is not simply to complete tasks but, through the completion of these tasks, to allow your business to thrive.

You have plenty of work to get done, but don't have time to hire and train a new employee. Now you don't have to! Simply delegate tasks to me, then sit back and wait for them to be completed. DELEGATE AND IT'S DONE.

About Me

I have had a varied professional background that has led me to virtual assisting. From clinical research to hospital administration, I have extensive real world business experience.

 

However, there is one thing I missed in a lot of my "real world" roles....RELATIONSHIP. I have always been a people person. I love learning people's stories and finding ways to help others. This passion led me to Virtual Assisting. As a virtual assistant, I have the opportunity to work with the movers and shakers of the world. I have the chance to learn about so many different businesses and clients, no day is boring!

So now I get the best of both worlds. The chance to use my hard earned skills acquired through completion of a Healthcare Administration Master's Degree and years of business and clinical work, combined with the chance to form long lasting relationships and truly help others excel.

When I am not busy making you look good, I spend my time with my four pups. I love reading, drinking (all) the coffee, and curating the perfect Spotify playlist.

The "Writing Woes" Business Writing Packages

Through my work with executives, one thing I've noticed is that sometimes the business leaders thrive at formulating ideas and plans, yet are less adept at putting these ideas and plans into writing. I understand! Let me handle the task of crafting the perfect document. I can help organize your ideas and shape them into documents that are well organized, articulate, and eye catching.

  • Option A: Business Writing Formatting. I will review and edit your existing document. From research papers to business plans, I will help ensure correct grammar and punctuation. I will NOT be creating new content or reformatting, I will simply be working to improve your existing document. $50 for each 25 pages.

  • Option B: Business Writing Complete Package. I will work with you to formulate and draft a completely new document. You and I will have consultations for me to understand your document needs and objectives. I will construct a complete document and organize and get it presentation ready. Price varies based on business needs, expected length, and research time.

  • Option C: Business PowerPoint. I will prepare a PowerPoint to highlight your service or document. I will utilize graphics, animations, and transitions at your request. $50 for 5 slides.

 

  • Option A: I will review and edit your existing resume and cover letter. I will help format the resume to make it appeal to employers and I will also help with formulating a personal objective. $150

  • Option B: I will help you construct a resume and cover letter from scratch. You and I will chat to review your work experience and establish a list of duties and achievements. I will help you formulate a personal objective and will tailor a cover letter to match the job for which you are applying. $250

  • Option C: I will help you establish a stellar cover letter. We will review job descriptions and evaluate the best way to make you shine. I will construct one cover letter per position for which you are applying. $75 per letter. This rate decreases to $45 per cover letter, up to six letters, if you also work with me to complete your resume.

The "Make Order Out of Disorder"Administrative Support Packages

  • Organizational Overhaul: With this package, I will do a one-time overhaul on your calendars and email accounts. This will be the “spring clean” of administrative support packages and will get your calendars and inboxes to a point where you feel comfortable managing them. Standard overhaul will clean up to 3 calendars and 1 inbox. Advanced overhaul will clean up to 10 calendars and 5 inboxes. 

  • Standard Monthly Management: Monthly management of up to 3 calendars and 1 inbox including sorting, scheduling, and organization of both personal and professional commitments. Standard Management will not exceed 15 hours of management each month. 

  • Deluxe Monthly Management: Monthly management of up to 10 calendars and 5 inboxes. Deluxe Management will not exceed 30 hours of management each month.
